Detailed description
Our ASR tiltrotator systems are optimally matched to standard quick-coupler mountings and are suitable for mini excavators as well as larger excavators with an operating weight of up to 40 metric tons. The robust systems are designed for tilting moments of up to 1600 kNm and are specially developed for use under extreme conditions.
Thanks to the precisely manufactured worm gear, high rotational accuracy, smooth running, and a rotational speed of up to 5 rpm are achieved. High-pressure seals and a particularly durable construction ensure a long service life and reliable operation, even in demanding everyday construction site conditions.
The tiltrotators feature a mount on the top for all common quick-coupler systems. On the bottom, a flush-bolted adapter plate ensures a secure connection to your substructure or to a quick-coupler blank.
In the version with an integrated rotary feed-through, hydraulic hoses can be connected easily, for example for grabs, tongs, or hydraulic quick-coupler attachments. This makes our ASR complete systems offer maximum flexibility for versatile use on your construction site.
